Pathetic!!

<p>Over the last 2 months I started having pain and difficulty with my shoulder. Went to the gp a couple of times. Sent me to the orthapedic surgeon. Also some visits later decided that will have to do surgical procedure. Got all the info so i can get authorisation from dicovery. Phones them. And after about 20min on the phone of which 15min was all menus and what so ever. The lady on the other side said oh no sorry sir. We will not vover the procedure. And its a not that major shoulder procedure. Every month they are very eager for you to pay. But then you get this. Whats the use of an medical aid then... got quate from doctor and hospital.
