Pathetic
<p>Many friends and family warned us against Discovery as a medical aid option. This is day 2 for us, sitting in a hospital waiting area trying to get an authorization number out of Discovery. We gave up yesterday around 18:00. Today doesn't seem to offer any improvement on our efforts. We cannot wait for November to opt OUT and get a REAL medical aid plan!!!!! Discovery will be our VERY LAST OPTION ever again. Oh no sorry, we will rather go to a state hospital than chose them again.</p>
