Pathetic!!!

I resigned in February this year. I am unemployed. Discovery put me on the highest income bracket for the Key care plan. I cashed out a small pension fund. They refuse to put me on the income bracket I was or lower. I am paying double what I was paying. Bonitas quoted me half of that premium. I would not have continued with Discovery If I knew that they will not take my bracket down. No explanation was given to me. It has been a back and forth. I had to submit 2 affidavits?????? Twice I had to submit the Income verification form. I submitted my bank statement 3 or 4 times.
