Pathetic
If I could give them minus 5 I would. Pathetic service. I have 2 dependents on my medical aid. They cancelled my medical aid on instruction from an ex employer without even emailing or calling me to discuss the cancellation with me. I found out 3 weeks after it had been cancelled. Definately in the market for a new medical aid. Also EVERYTHING comes out of your medical savings.
