Pathetic!

Discovery paid for a procedure in April, I had to cancel my medical aid because of a financial situation and rejoined in September. Now they claim that I did not disclose the surgery of April even though THEY paid for it so they definitely knew about it. I went for a tinsilectomy and grommets.. Just because I didn't mention the grommets. Even though the grommets had no connection to my current hearing loss. I was only diagnosed for hearing loss in November 2018 (AFTER I rejoined.) They did not even just decline, they completely terminated my medical aid for information I feel they should have had on their system. Obviously anything to not pay out.
