Pathetic

Beware of this company and their partner in the medical insurance, Flexicare.

I have a friend that was told to pay up front and then claim back from the insurance. The run around these to companies give her is insane to say the least not to settle the claim.

No wonder people are feed up with these companies. You are the reason people are suffering. You take our money each month, but when we in need of the service we pay for, you are nowhere to been seen. Pathetic to say the least Here is my deal if it is not settled by the end of the week I will take the necessary action on her behalf. I will also go as far as phoning your Ceo on his private cell.
