Pathethic service been with them for about 10years with no issues now they make premiums double then tell me i will be debited on 25th and 1st feb

Pathethic service been with them for about 10years with no issues now they make premiums double then tell me i will be debited on 25th and 1st feb. They must sort out their mistakes don't make it my problem. I will not pay for a non service and the month is over with no claim. Discovery rather refund me all my premiums and will go to a better medical aid
