Pathethic service

<p>No matter how clear your point is, but discovery will rip you off. I'm still waiting for the exec to contact me regarding my query I logged in February whereby I was charged R3900.00 for GScope without being informed upon authorization. Authorization was done electronically 3 days after I was discharged however Discovery charged me from my Savings without my knowledge. I spoke to 3 different managers already about this. They want to review this claim but they want me to pay the doctor R1200.00 for the scope report. So all discovery want is to rip me off some more. The last exec I spoke to promised me to listen to the call recording for the conversation I had with the first manager I spoke to who promised me a refund in 7 to 14 working days. But I was not contacted yet. </p> <p>CAN SOMEONE SENIOR CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS</p>
