pathethic customer service

this is by far the worse medical aid to deal with I have a pending claim since the 13th Sep 2021 and today is 16th Oct 2021 I call them every second day and no-one can ever provide you feedback all the team leaders, nicole, Emmanuel all are useless people to deal with all you hear from each person is they will be responsible and call you back and escalate the call but I dont think anyone actually gets any work done at Discovery it seems to me that there are a bunch of useless people working at the standards dept because they dont respond to the escalated e-mails.

I strongly do not advise anyone to join Discovery, unless you want a pathetic service
