Pathetcic non existent service!

Absolutely useless service from discovery regarding the most simplest request for a statement has taken me 10 phone calls and being put on hold for more than 1 hr in total still with no joy, consultants never get back to you and managers are not existent. I don't want to know what the service is like on complex queries, i guess the solution is just to put you on hold until the call cuts off to get rid of you. I have also exhausted other means of service like the website & whatsapp which has a useless a chat bot that regurgitates everything other than what you ask for. This is by far the worst service experience in the industry!
