Paraplegia medical incentives

Discovery has been constant in its financial support throughout our medical challenges with our son, since being paralyzed in January 2020. We however had to fought constantly for the past year, to have what can be considered to be primary minimum benefits, to be financed. Apart from having to battle and explain the medical benefits of self lubricating catheters, versus bladder infections and other matters specific to the medical condition, we receive no incentive for: Weekly physio sessions 6 monthly specialist evaluations Healthy life style such as cross fir 3 x per week, wheel chair tennis, athletics etc. All the equipment required to sustain a healthy paraplegic lifestyle as a contributing member of society.

All programs are geared towards abled people and there is no incentive for the disabled. The disabled has many more hoops to jump to remain a healthy member of society.

Discovery- how inclusive are your benefits? Would you rather have an unhealthy, bladder infected, hospitalized paraplegic member that everyone else support?

Please instill the same relevant incentives for paraplegics, as for your mainline members and be the first.
