I paid my medical aid on the 30th of april via a manual payment due to the fact they took the wrong account number for billing. I go to the doctor on the 12th of may and they tell me my membership is suspended. I ask for the manager and then I get a confirmation that I have paid. The embarrassment I felt at the doctors office cannot be comprehended. I was in pain and needed medical assistance and I got such a raw deal with the medical aid. What if i was in a critical accident
