Paid in full for medication

I ordered my Medxpress repeat chronic medication online and paid the full amount of R191.50 on 16 January. The order history shows that R128.21 was paid to Dischem which I paid as well. Why have a medical aid? I also raised a query about pre admission for my operation on 25 January without feedback. Useless medical aid.
