Paid for Maternity benefit not being covered

Hi, I am on the Coastal Core plan, this plan includes maternity benefits including gynaecologist visits, when it came to me having to claim our first visit we were informed we have to activate something on the app, it doesn’t cost extra but needs to be activated when we find put we are pregnant. So they are happy taking our money every month for a benefit but when we need it they come with silly criteria like this, I am struggling to remember a good experience with Discovery Health when it comes to claims, they go out of their way not to help... absolute shocking service...
