PACKAGES DON'T ALLOW ONE TO LOOK AFTER ELDERLY DISABLED MOTHER

My siblings and I have since we started working tried to help my mother, she was diagnosed with a crippling disease when she was 38 years old. I pay for her house, I gave her my paid off car and now my siblings and I put her on a medical aid as we feel we are trying to do best by our mother as any child would. I have raised my dissatisfaction with the Smart Series to it beings pretty much useless. I am a student and work full time and need new reading glasses but cannot get them on the plan, my partner has problems with his teeth and it's out of pocket despite the almost R4000 payments to Discovery every month. We need to change, I wanted to go on Essential Delta but can't as there is no hospital on that plan in the whole of East London, that's almost a population of almost ********** people! My partner and I live in Johannesburg and are fine. The lady I spoke to kept on giving me options that are more expensive. My partner and I would like to buy our own house and start a family so we cannot spend more on medical aid but Discovery is not interested in assist my dilemma, instead I am left again looking for another medical aid partner who is willing to help me through my journey of life even though I have faithfully been a client since I started at my company in 2006.
