Discovery debuted my account late, sent me a suspended sms only to send another on the 28 December, advise that I must ignore the suspension message. I am sitting at the Dentist on the 3 January 2022 and my medical aid is suspended. This is pathetic service from a company that gives you the run around when contacting their call centre. Three hour later and my medical aid is still suspended all because discovery debitrmy account late.
