Oxymeter offer lost in cyberspace

I received an SMS to make use of an Oxymeter provided by Discovery. All I had to do was OPT IN and complete the information. This was more than 4 hours ago and no SMS has been received. I have also tried contacting Discovery with no joy. Either I am just left holding or on the one occassion when my call was taken I as cut off. This is not on!! What is the poinrt to offering this service if there is no way of doing a follow up and no communication w.r.t the Oxymeter??
