Oxygen Repair
I am disgusted in the Service of Discovery Health, my colleague is really sick and Discovery has promised to have her oxygen repaired on Friday already it is now Tuesday and she is battling to breathe but the slogan on the letter she received is that you are passionate about delivering efficient service how efficient is it if someone can not breathe properly - Really sick just as bad as the local Hospitals and you pay for this Really disgusted

I attempted to reach you yesterday and this morning, however was unsuccessful. I contacted Oxygen and General, and spoke to their specialist Daniel regarding your oxygen machine problem. They are aware of your problem and have attempted to contact you but could not reach you. Please contact Daniel directly on ***, he will gladly assist. He confirmed that they are a 24/7 service.
Please note that Discovery Health will pay for a portable oxygen concentrator from your Medical Savings Account (MSA) to the maximum of Discovery Health Rate, as long as you have money available. We may also pay these claims from your Above Threshold Benefit (ATB) to a maximum of the Discovery Health Rate, if you have reached the Annual Threshold. This type of device is funded once every 3 years subject to the External Medical Item (EMI) limit. We will fund for the portable cylinder as long as you use a provider who is appropriately registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF), and provided that this healthcare service or product has a valid tariff code or NAPPI code, ICD-10 code and price for the cylinder.
