OVERCHARGED ON USELESS MEDICAL AID

I’d give this medical aid zero! If they offer you something for reasonable fee don’t even bother! My fiancé started off the premium at around R1800 in 2023. One year later it was increased but to a reasonable amount. In 2025, they have increased it to a whopping R3687! That’s double the amount in 2 years! ON THE LOWEST TIER CALLED KEY CARE PLUS! The best part is they didn’t even give a good reason and just deducted that amount based on what they think he earns. You think his salary increased by that much in two years?! The benefits aren’t even worth it. He’s only allowed eye contacts every two years so basically you can see for 6 months out of the 24 months. Utterly pathetic medical aid and they have the audacity to offer “lower tiers” because he cancelled. What is lower than useless Key Care! Where the doctors don’t even want to deal with the medical aid and ask you for cash? Take my advice this is a waste of time and my fiancé has to now pay this dumb fee even on a cancelled month so almost R8000. All his overtime and compensations the company pays for that is not part of salary has disappeared.
