Overcharge for 17 years

This company takes no responsibility for things that go wrong. They penalised me on my monthly premium as a late joiner when in fact I migrated from Fedhealth to Discovery Health. They refused to reimburse me for the 17 years excessive premium and their reason was that it was the broker's mistake. They obviously need the R65,000 more than I do. This is one disgusting organisation and their demise will bring me great happiness.
