over a year still waiting for medical aid card

i have added new beneficiary and i told i will be send new cards x2 and i never received them, called and they rebooked and it never arrived and i called again couple of months later and offered to pick up and i was told i will be notified, still nothing. I called again but no one can tell me if my card is available and which offices to collect they just want me to order another card. im tired of calling Discovery without help
