Over a month to process an application

<p>I app**** to Discovery on my mother's behalf. She was already a member under my medical aid but we decided that it would be cheaper if she became a main member on her own. I submitted the papers over a month ago and I selected for her cover to start at the begining of March. We heard nothing from Discovery until I finally called them to find out what is going on. They told me that they had not processed the application! But it has been over a month?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really not impressed with Discovery. They have really dropped the ball this time. I will be looking for another medical aid for my mom. Please ignore the application, as you have been.</p>
