Over 1 Year With Discovery but Still no Medical Aid Card :(

I Joined Discovery last year March and I've yet to receive my membership cards. I've called countless times and received lots of empty promises from the agents about how the cards will be sent to me via courier and I'm still waiting. Very disappointed!
