Outstanding Service received from Ms Thiloshini Naidoo Discovery medial aid - Medi Express Durban -

Apologies for bad grammar used .

We often forget to say thank you to a Company or , an individual for good even outstanding service.

Yet we are quick to complain . I myself is guilty of that .

This unfortunate at times , when it’s the last option to resort too. Believe me , I’m not proud it , But when praise is due , I also believe in mentioning it .

Hello Peter is a flat form where we can share our interaction and customers service no matter what industry .

I would like to thank certain individual called Ms Thiloshini Naidoo from” Medi Express” located in the Durban area. Medi Express is in houses thedecision under the Discovery Medical aid.

It offers a service for medication to be dispatched to their clients And to . ensure that they receive only the best possible service and attention in interest of their health.

On a monthly basis I have been engaging with Ms Thiloshini Naidoo for a very long time .

She has always been friendlily , understanding and professional at all times She keeps one update and communicate .

There’s never been a time when anything was too much for her. She’s always been polite , effecient ,very professional and keeps me updated regularly with out failure.

. Therefore I need to Salute Ms Naidoo for “ Outstanding service “ I would like pay the” biggest possible compliment “ever for the outstanding even in today Friday 10 March conversation .

My hope is that her direct line manager manager informed of tis compliment.

Because I truly believe that 10/10 was earned . iIt might appear to be a higher rating.

I myself of some sort of background in Call Centre and customer service during my employment period of 32 yrs .

Discovery / Medi Express can be proud of Ms Naidoo holding the brand of in the highest possible regards.

Nothing is ever too much for Ms Naidoo . She often goes the extra mile in the interest of Discovery clients like me .
