Amazing service from Daleen Nel (CRM) from the clinical team, she went above and beyond to assist with my clients pending enquiry, which had been outside of the standard SLA, she took ownership of the query and ensured that it was finalised as promised. I really wish there were more people like her, it would make our interactions with the scheme much more efficient.
