Outstanding service Auth dept . Port Elizabeth Chievonne ref ***

Good afternoon

I would like to pay a “Huge compliment an amazing lady . Who Just assisted me from Port Elizabeth Auth department , her name is Chievonne. Being a client, i whoo into all was highly irated and frustrated . Due to due to a mistake that happened last week Friday . With a with an agent from Durban . Chievonne listen and understood my frustration . I found my her to be very knowledgeable , friendly and honest felt professional during our conversation. Chievonne put me at ease right away , as I in the beginning only wanted to speak to Manager. To actually resolve the reason for me calling in . As I was extremely impressed from the right from the start with our inter action . she calmed me down , I am really grateful for her going the to extra mile. Chievonne was very professional friendly and very quick to understand what my problem were. and it’s not often that you find agents that can calm a client who actually wants to speak to Manager to actually intervene on my behalf . I must give praise to an agent who truly deserves a 10/10 rating - well done .

I honestly believe this very high rating is fully warranted . She presented Discovery brand in a a very positive way . And I would like her direct line Manager to take note of this compliment .as it’s purely based on the service that I received. And chievonne was extremely professional at all times. and I think that you are big credit to Discovery , and I hope that they actually noticed this value for your service thank you bring to their clients.
