Outstanding/ Impeccable client service

I would like to thank a lady by the name of Madeegah Petersen from Discovery Health, on 23 November I made a call to Discovery Health, she assisted me with a query I had, she was not only was very professional but her humility blew me away, I was and still am in awe of how caring Madeegah was towards my query and she made sure that I understood everything, she even took me via the website. Cherry on top the on 24 November I got a follow up call from Madeegah to find out if I understood the benefits, what a star, I hope this review will be sent to her line manager, she deserves to be Head of Customer Relations, Madeggah is the type of person one needs to interact with, she is a brilliant.
