Outstanding Hospital claims

I have been on Classic Saver option plan, and on the 06th August 2015, I was admitted to hospital for a week. Discovery took all my MSA savings and paid the hospital bill, and also did not settle the full Hospital account. Since then I took it up with Discovery with no success, I took it up with our Discovery broker in our Company, whom also took it up with Discovery, and I got an email stating that Discovery acknowledge an error in processing the claims, and it would be sorted within 3-5 Working days. Discovery then took last of my MSA, and also paid it over to the hospital!!!! Why am I guaranteed unlimited hospital cover, AND Discovery admitted they made a mistake, this is still not sorted.<br> <br> I want to know:<br> 1. When will the hospital bill be settled<br> 2. When will my MSA be credited back in total to the amount it was before I was admitted to hospital<br> 3. When will Discovery refund my MSA to my bank account, as I opted this year for a Plan without an MSA, I'll rather save up my own money in a savings account, then have Discovery deal with it.<br> <br>
