OUTSTANDING HOSPITAL ACCOUNT

IT is really annoying when you get harassed, by a hospital for payment because the medical aid short paid the hospital, because the medical aid believes that the hospital has over charged, the medical aid short paid the hospital without any explanation and the hospital started calling and my wife for payment. My wife was admitted to garden city hospital on the 18 Of August 2015 and she was discharged on the 25 of the very same month but till to date I am getting call from the hospital, I have call the medical aid several times to resolve this matter and every time I call the medical aid it cost me R30's worth of airtime, this is now becoming costly. I don't understand if the discovery has a payment arrangement with the hospital, why is there no solution for this problem and why has it become my problem, why am I the one calling everyday to get this matter resolved and the medical aid is just not responding, I called again today and discovery has still not responded. This pathetic and un professional . I DONT TRUST DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID ANY MORE. ACCORDING TOT THE THEY DISCOVERY in line with NTBG guideline then days are as followsX1 Day of confinement X7 Days Subsequent days.<br>
