Outstanding Customer Service

Good Day Often enough we are quick to complain about services, but it is also good to know that there are companies and its employees out there that value their customers. We have yet again received wonderful assistance from Rynel Govender assisting us, this time with the cancellation process of our medical aid as we are no longer in South Africa. It has been a very good experience dealing with an employee of such excellent caliber. My concern was the correspondence bearing in mind that we are no longer on the same time zone, but Rynel assisted us in every step to make sure that the process went smoothly. Rynel, a very big thank you in ensuring that this was done efficiently. More employees could benefit from his experience in dealing with clientele.
