Outstanding !! client service department - Ashley Eastern Cape

Good day , compliments Department Early this morning being Wednesday around 10.10 am . I made a call to Discovery clients service . Regarding a medical account that I received , from Dr Atiya and reached an agent called Ashley in customer service for from the Eastern Cape.

Right from the moment i inter acted with Ashley . She was extremely friendly , professional, and patient with me .

I Explained my reason of concern and why I’m calling .

Ashley quickly understood and was extremely knowledgeable . she knew exactly what I was referring too .. She was proactive in even went as far as a confirming with the supervisor regarding query .

On top of all Ashley went extra mile to reach out the doctor Rooms on my behave . therefore I would like to thank a Super star agent called - Ashley and Discovery for the positive Experience that are received . it’s not often that one finds a agent so knowledgeable and experienced .

Therefore I must be true to my self and rate her a 10 out of 10 .purely on the “ Outstanding service “

I know that this is a very high rating but seeing that I have some background myself at call centre level .

I can not fault her. Should there be any doubt kindly listen to the call.

I would like to request that this compliment go to her direct line manager . as well to Ashley thank you 100% Discover can be proud how you represented the brand of the company . As a client im left leaving with an extremely positive experience.
