Outstanding claims, too much trouble for you to process?

Claim not processed due to lack of service. I submitted a 4 page PDF document as one attachment to the email I sent to claims department. This document contains 4 claims Only the 01st page was processed. I phoned in today, , as I submitted the claim on Monday. Always fairytale stories, why your work is not completed. Your service is terrible. We will look for better Medical aid if this is not resolved today. 2 Claims are outstanding because of your pathetic service!
