Outstanding Assistance from Candice Rhode

I called in, panicking because I had viewed a document on the Discovery website, which had been incorrect. Regarding a hospital which is not reflecting on my plan, of which I am supposed to deliver my baby at, soon.

Candice helped me understand and reassured me that there had been an error. And kept me calm, while assisting me with all documents and reviewing my plan and options with me and sending this to me via e-mail to revise.
