Outrageous requests

Trying to to get authorization for a tumor that needs to be removed on my c section scar (on the inside). It is painful and uncomfortable. I already provided a letter with a picture drawn by the doctor explaining. Discovery thinks its cosmetic which it is most certainly not! Now they want (quote) a colour photo of the c section scar. I think that is really pushing it im not sending some random person a picture of my scar its low down and frankly what the hell will it prove the lump is under the skin!!! Been a client a long time with discovery but not for much longer if this is how they do things.
