Outrageous

I am very dissapointed in Discovery health. According to my pmb I am allowed 12 visits per year to go see my Dr. I filled in the pmb request form in the beginning of the year and got feedback that the medical aid would pay for those 12 sessions. I've only seen my Dr probably 2 or 3 times this year and when I went to go see her the other day, I had to pay R880 for that consultation. It's never happened before. Thanks to that, now my savings account is finished. How does this work Discovery??? I am mad beyond believe. And I've been with discovery all my adult life. BAD!
