Out standing client service from Anshipho client service - Eastern Cape

Good day compliments Department Early this morning being Wednesday made a call to Discovery clients service . The call was answer by agent called Anshipho ( Easter cape area)

In regards Regarding medical account that I received , from Linksfield hospital in Jhb

Right from the moment i inter acted with Anshipho . She was extremely friendly , professional, and patient with me .

I Explained my reason of concern and why I’m calling .

She quickly understood and was extremely knowledgeable . she knew exactly what I was referring too ..

She was proactive in even went as far as to can the Lieksfiekd dept only behalf to address my concerns.

It’s was truely a pleasure dealing with a very professional agent at all times . We as customers often are quick to complaint . But forget to also acknowledge and say thank you for brilliant service .

Therefore give HUGE thank you to a Super star agent called - Anshipho and Discovery . For the positive Experience that I have received .

it’s not often that one finds a agent so knowledgeable and experienced .

Therefore I must be true to my self and rate her a 10 out of 10 .purely on the “ Outstanding service “

I know that this is a very high rating but seeing that I have some background myself at call centre level .

I can not fault her. Should there be any doubt kindly listen to the call.
