Out of network visits

Discovery health what gives you the permission to chop and change our benefits with us, the customers, approval or notification.

When I joined Discovery the Doctor I currently visit was a listed keycare doctor . Along the line somewhere you removed him ....God only knows why cause he is the best GP doctor I have ever had treat me.

I didn't mind cause I kept using my out of network visits for my dependants and I to see him.

This year you , Discovery took away my out of network visits without informing me.

If you monitor my account you will see that beside my two pregnancy visits and admissions...out of network visits is what we used most and with the same doctor. Why was I not specifically informed of this change and given an opportunity to say this change doesn't suit me.

I wonder how many other customers of yours feel the same.

You are taking my money but not delivering a service. You are building an empire on unearned income.

Discovery stop being a bully because you dominate the market. Your complacency will cost you to start losing customers. Your premiums increase drastically and benefits decrease ....how is this ethically?
