OTP never arrived, can't access profile on website

I just want to log onto my online profile, but nowadays it's not enough to have a password, I must get an OTP as well. But the OTP via email just doesn't arrive. What a nuisance! It's almost impossible to contact Discovery - everything is just via technology, but it doesn't work! It's so inhumane not to be able to contact a life person. No email addresses, no phone numbers to contact. Just an awful warning that I'll be locked out if I don't type in the OTP correctly. But I'm still waiting for it! Why should I jump through hoops, when Discovery is one so expensive?
