Options used 2 January 2021

I would like to know what is going on my savings account has been reset but options like a pap smear prostate test a whole list says used as i didn't go for a prostate test i would like to know how is this possible ? It's not just those options but even things nor me or my wife went for i would like to know if my funds had been depleted last year how can i do all those tests on day two of 2021 ?
