Option Switch

I have been retrenched and still want to keep my Medical Aid with discovery but they will not allow me to move to key care plus option been with them for the last 21 years . After pleading with them I have no alternative but to switch Medical Aid Company. They care less for what people are going through at the moment. Just a heartless organisation.
