Operation status unknown due to discovery heth

I need to approve procedures for a deviated septum which was motivated for by my ent. I explained that I need to go back to work & no one bothered to call the approval team when the op was scheduled for Monday the 18 Jan . Now the procedure is pushed out to Friday and still no reply.this is a legitimate procedure and I am tired of being messed around. No one in preauth understands process with no follow up calls from them. If not approved I will take this to the medical council as I am fedup and feel cheated by discovery
