Only Doctor in town - claims denied

I'm unable to claim for medical expenses incurred at the only Doctor's practice in a small town in the Northern Cape. The town is Carnarvon, the next nearest town with a doctor is about 100km away. The doctor is not on the special network of Discovery, nor is any other doctor within a 200km radius. Please allow me to claim from this doctor.
