TWO THINGS DISSAPOINT ME:

Firstly, In the Email returned to me, highlighted in RED, it says [Email from external sender. Proceed with caution.] IF THIS IS WHAT THE STAFF OF DISCOVERY THINK OF THEIR CUSTOMERS, WE ARE IN TROUBLE.

Secondly, the reply repeats exactly what I complained about back to me. I wonder if Mohammad Patel actually read my complaint. His response tells me he did not.
