Ongoing OTP Delays – Unacceptable Service! Discovery Online

I am beyond frustrated with Discovery’s online platform. Every single time I try to log in, the OTP takes more than an hour to reach me! This is not a one-time issue—it happens every time. It makes accessing my account nearly impossible, which is completely unacceptable for a company that relies on digital services.

I have tried different troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists. No other service I use has this problem, so the fault is clearly on Discovery’s side. If security is a priority, then OTPs need to work instantly. Please fix this!
