ongoing *****

<p>several years ago I placed my staff on medical aid with discovery - a year ago a staff member was fired for ***** / *****ing and i asked discovery to cancel her medical aid - despite this they continue to withdraw cash from my account for her medical aid. my bank has contacted them and even tried to stop the withdrawal however they are unable to do so and discovery is unwilling to stop the withdrawals. they were extremely unhelpful and had the audacity to say that they would continue the withdrawals. unfortunately i now have to make a police report and the matter cannot be put to rest.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am extremely unhappy and would advise against employers placing staff on this medical aid </p>
