Ongezwa from Vitality left a bad taste in my mouth

I have been a medical aid member for over 8 years and banked with Discovery Bank from inception. I had various products from Discovery including Vitality, Life and Invest. In my entire life I have never spoken to someone as rude as Ongezwa from Vitality
