ONCOLOGY LIMIT 400,000
THIS BRINGS TO MIND A STRAIGHT QUERY STATEMENT BELOW
Reason code 416 - We have paid this amount from the Oncology Benefit up to the 12-month rand limit. Once you use up this limit, you will be responsible to pay 20% of the cost of your treatment.
THE ONCOLOGY BENEFIT IS 400,000 PER ANNUM ?????
1. This has been queried for 3 years as my oncology treatment book into oncology is totally incorrect?
2. My monthly medicine alone is between 300.00 to 500.00 per month = 3600.00 per year .
Blood Tests in the region of 500.00 to 1200.00 = 3000.00
Hematologist 600.00 per visit = 1800.00
Vesections 200.00 = 1200.00
ANNUAL COST SHOULD BE 9600.00 YET DISCOVERY SHOWS 4000 FOR THE YEAR AGAIN?
