Oncology claims not looked carefully - C11.9

Claim 1: ICD-code: C11.9

The amended account (Claims ***) was submitted to you so that it be preprocessed CORRECTLY from oncology benefits. You had the audacity to reject it and now I must pay up from my pockets. Don't you understand that C11.9 is part of PMB ocology-related condition?

Claim 2: Tygerberg Hospital

You again deducted the partial claims from my savings account for the PET-CT scan which forms part of my oncology benefits. The amended account was AGAIN ignored by DH. I've escalated the seriousness of your conduct to the Principal Officer.

You are obliged to reverse the payments and credit the balance back to my savings account. Should you again ignore this, I will be reporting you to Council for Medical Schemes.

It's really pathetic to deal with those people who cannot even understand the IC-code: C11.9 for both my oncology consultation and PET-CT services rendered.
