Oncology Approval Dates Are Wrong.

Discovery Health didn't check properly that the PET-CT scan date is Friday 22 March 2019 as per my oncologist's request. The authorisation number is: ********** 4. The approval dates are backdated from 22 January up to 7 March 2019, which are incorrect. You can't backdate the authorisation number before 22 March 2019. Please amend the approval dates on the authorisation document.
