Once again - no response from Discovery

Emailed Discovery healthinfo over a week ago - ignored - ref ********** 050

Emailed the Discovery Claims Escalation as advised previous (not more than two weeks ago) - also ignored. ref ********** 642

Of R25,000 in claims - you have paid under 15% - and the serious received is beyond shocking. I can clearly see what my premium of R4000pm is worth.
